ROWDY BABY BECOMES THE MOST VIEWED VIDEO SONG - REPLACING VIJAY'S SONG
Aalaporan Thamizhan song from Thalapathy Vijay's Mersal, composed by A.R.Rahman was a huge blockbuster and which was even considered as the anthem of the Tamil people spread all over the world. All the while, Aalaporan Thamizhan was responsible for holding the record of the most viewed Tamil song on YouTube.

The song had crossed over 91.4 million views on YouTube, but now, it is time for a change; a new song has come to replace Aalaporan Thamizhan. The recent sensational dance number, 'Rowdy Baby' from Maari 2, has now become the most viewed Tamil video song on YouTube, crossing over 95 million views. With the rapid pace of the growth in the views, it will easily become the first ever Tamil video song to get 100 million views. Also, Rowdy Baby video song has got over 1 million likes.
Sai Pallavi's energetic dance moves, along with Dhanush, has connected big time with the audience. Prabhu Deva's choreography needs a special mention for the creative and fresh moves.
Composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, Rowdy Baby is crooned by Dhanush and Dhee with lyrics penned by Dhanush.

Sarath Kumar’s next based on Al Pacino



Sarath Kumar is all set to kick start his next project “Rendaavathu Aatam” in June.
Debutant director Prithivi Adithya says ” I grew watching the films of Al Pacino, he was a great inspiration and intimidating actor too. His influence through his films on me was phenomenal. 
When I started to pen the script the characterisation of the protagonist, found it having more traces of my idol Al Pacino, and it was of a great effect too. When I narrated the final draft to my producer Mr. I.B. Karthikeyan and some of my friends, one name that was suggested unanimously was Sarath sir to play the lead. I was not surprised really because more or less towards the final stages of scripting Sarath sir’s face and body language was all over the script. He plays a cop and I am sure he can transform the role on paper into reality in perfection”.
The director adds “Now audience are ready to watch middle aged heroes and Rendaavathu Aatam will be a trend setter in films that can be on par with Hollywood. We will be seeing a totally different Sarath sir which is going to be a treat for his fans. The search is on for other principle characters, and the main crew” signs off director Prithivi Adithya.

   Baahubali 2 goes to censor today


Censor officials will be watching director SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali 2: The Conclusion today at a preview theater in Hyderabad for the Telugu censor of the film.
Sources say that the team expects U/A certificate for the film in Telugu and Hindi whereas the Tamil version should get U certificate to get tax exemption from the local government.
In Tamil Nadu, K Productions Rajarajan will be releasing the film and the producer should get tax exemption from the Tamil government to get back the investment.
Baahubali 2 will be releasing in Tamil, Telugu,  Hindi and Malayalam on April 28.

                           Mani Ratnam cheated a light man?

A light man named Manimaaran claims that he had worked with Mani Ratnam in Guru and developed a blood related infection during the shoot. Manimaaran says Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies and Lightsman association owe him RS 2 lakhs.

“If Mani Ratnam fails to settle me the amount, will commit suicide in front of the director ‘s house ” said Manimaaran in a recent media interaction.
But Mani Ratnam’ s production house Madras Talkies say that they have already settled one lakh after the labour court’s order. Sources close to the production house say that Manimaaran is just using the situation.
Manimaaran and Mani Ratnam’s controversy is the current hot topic in Kollywood.

Amala Akkineni visited the sets of his son Akhil's ongoing project on Friday. This Celebrity Mom & Son had spent sometime together during the lunch break.


Akhil took to Twitter to share: 'Had Lunch with this beautiful lady on sets today. Her smile is what I love most. Thank you my dear Mother !'.

This On Location picture disclosed that Akhil's appearance in his 2nd flick will be more or less similar to watch it was in his previous movie. Vikram Kumar of 'Manam' & '24' took the responsibility to relaunch the Akkineni Scion. Hopefully, This combo works wonders again.
